Everyone's building tools for when agentic advertising arrives.

We're the neutral rails that get it there — and they pay for themselves in ORTB/VAST today. Picks-and-shovels for agentic advertising, starting in CTV.

Why now

The protocol is real. The infrastructure to run on it isn't.

The category is being made

AdCP launched by Scope3 / Brian O'Kelley + 20 companies; first live cross-platform buys are happening. Serious money is evangelizing it.

No neutral rails exist

Reference implementations are alpha. Nobody is catering to the developers who have to build on it.

Picks-and-shovels moment

We don't bet on which agent or DSP wins. We're the toll road they all use.

What we are

Neutral, AdCP-native rails — consumed two ways.

Metered primitives

Proof, Trust, Auction, Discovery, Settlement, Curator — rent a block by the call. The building blocks of an agentic ad stack, so you don't build the hard middle.

Deployable agents

Buy, sell, and curator agents you run in minutes on the same rails. Managed if you want us to operate them.

One edge, neutral by construction — we take no side of the trade, which is exactly why both sides can trust the pipe.

The wedge

Onboard both sides without betting on AdCP.

Buy side — the ORTB/VAST connector

A legacy DSP brings its existing campaign + VAST creative; it runs on agentic rails today. No rewrite. That turns our market from "the tiny AdCP-native slice" into all of programmatic CTV.

Sell side — the Curator

A publisher enables its supply with near-zero effort; the Curator turns observed inventory into priced products. Both sides plug in easily — that's how the network fills.

Traction — tech risk retired

The engine already clears real money.

A live DSP has tested our strategy + delegate engine and is onboarding its first $20k campaign this month on our exchange. yumipop is that same engine, re-platformed as neutral rails.

We're not claiming yumipop revenue yet. We're showing the tech works with real money before you fund the go-to-market. The proof-of-delivery, clearing, and pacing are all live at api.yumipop.com.

Beachhead

Why CTV first.

Team

A builder and a closer. Clean slate.

Asbjørn — tech / data / product

Built the live exchange + rails; ran a DMP for major GCC media (Rotana / STC). The product is done and capital-efficient.

Jonas — sales / partnerships

Ex-Magnite / PubMatic VP. Years of working the industry dinner-and-event circuit — the exact GTM motion this raise funds.

No legacy stack, no technical debt, no financial debt. yumipop is new IP — its own entity, repos, and infrastructure, cleanly separate from any prior venture. The money buys growth, not fixing the past.

Pricing & unit economics

Priced like infrastructure, not like an exchange.

Metered

Proof $0.02/1k · Auction $0.05/1k · Trust $0.05/1M · Discovery free · Settlement flat. Rent a block by the call.

Managed

Managed selling $15/mo · Curator $49/mo · Pro $19→$29/mo unlocks one-call clearing. A tech fee for running the agent — never a cut of media.

~90%
gross margin on metered blocks

Edge compute is near-zero marginal cost — instrumented per block to confirm. We scale with usage, not by taking a rake sellers resent. Take-rate compounds as both sides connect.

The raise

$1M via SAFEs — to go live in market.

Product's built; this is a go-to-market raise. One senior CTV BD hire, lean founders, and the relationships — events (POSSIBLE, Cannes, Beet.tv), travel, and hosted dinners for key decision-makers.
